answer 3 simple questions to GET connected with free coaching
Hub coaches will help you get connected to community resources. A coach can help you work toward a more stable future by listening to your unique situation and working with you to create a step-by-step plan with specific, realistic goals.
hub coaches help you build a personal action plan
We’re not here to judge you; we’re here to help you. Your hub coach will assist you in figuring out your needs and creating a plan of action. Because your plan is customized to your needs, it might include writing a resume, finding housing, getting health care or pursuing educational opportunities. Whether you need to find more reliable transportation, a better job or simply need a supportive listener, your hub coach is here for you.
Think of your hub coach as your navigator, helping you find alternate routes and opportunities within the community to reach your goals. And hub coaching is free, because the last thing you need is one more expense before you can start to save for the future or for those unexpected expenses.
A hub coach can help connect you to community resources and services, such as:
- Affordable child care
