Find Hub Services
Feeling like you can never get ahead? Struggling with health care, job skills, groceries or a number of other issues that make day-to-day life difficult? We know it's not easy. We know there's no one easy fix. That's why no one nonprofit organization or government agency can help you get to a more comfortable way of life.
Hub is a group of nonprofit organizations, government agencies, businesses and volunteers that have agreed to work together to help Oshkosh residents become self-sufficient. These partners share a mission of improving the lives of our whole community. No matter who you might call, they will listen and respond as one, so you don’t have to bounce from one wrong service provider to the next wrong service provider. Here are some of the ways hub partners work together:
- hub partners share information, so you only have to tell your story once
- A hub partner will connect you to another partner if they are better able to resolve your needs
- hub coaches receive the same training so you can connect and start getting help through any hub partner
- hub coaches help mentor you through your unique issues
- hub partners share the same goals, to help you and other Oshkosh residents find stability
Who is Hub?
We know that your situation is unique. Hub is intentionally made up of a wide variety of organizations from the Oshkosh area – to connect you with a wider range of community resources. Depending upon your needs, you and your coach will work with one or more of these organizations to address your personal situation.
Call any one of these organizations to get started. Whatever your need(s), a hub partner will listen first, act second. We are working harder at working together, to make your life a little bit easier.
We want to work with you to set goals that will help you become self-sufficient. To do that, we will connect you with your very own coach!
